What is going on with with women these days. I'm in a web class all this week and every women is out of shape or just plain FAT! What happened to eating a healthy diet and excercise? Iam not looking to get with any women from class, I have a wonder GF in Pippi(member here) It is just a eye sore I guess and very unhealthy. What is happing to america in waist line area. Today I went to lunch and 80% of the people were very over weight. Over weight is like Mike Moore( I hate him and would like to smash his head with a rock). I miss women looking like women. Put down the Cheeseburger and HO-HO and get in the gym. Look good for you man. But most important look good for yourself. :smash:

Hey Mojo, you still have any vettes left? I loved that steele blue beauty you had for so long but I think you sold it a few years back for a C5 right?

Basically Body for Life just gave me direction and motivation for a healthy lifestyle and mostly I still follow the routine. I still try to eat basically all of those foods and follow the exercise scheme as well, but Ive had to adapt with the second job. Ill always be into fitness its just too important for me not to.
I sold the C5 about a year ago. I just wasn't driving it, and it was an awful lot of money to just sit there. My shop is filled with bikes now. :D
Cooool! Dont you miss the vettes though?

i'm gonna add my :2cents: ...although it's already been said.

1) it ain't just women hunny. LOL look around... EVERYONE in this country is turning into a group of mushy, puffy marshmellows. hell, even KIDS are fat now. wtf?!

2) it ain't happening to me. no how. no way. excercise a little self-restraint... hell... EXERCISE. that'd be a start. :p:

i work out an hour a day, five days a week. i'm bound and determined to hang onto this "girlish figure" or go out kicking and screaming, trying. lol obviously there are always reasons us chicks won't be toned... trim.. etc etc etc... (that guys don't have to worry about) like having kids. but that's a whole different story than just letting yourself go to hell in a handcart cuz you're lazy or have no respect for yourself (or your SO).

personally i just don't get people that let themselves go. but hey... whatever floats your boat i guess. it's just amazing to me to see what seems like the entire country blimp out. oh well, i never really pretended to understand people. i just make fun of them from the sidelines.

LOL LOL LOL :leaving:
See less See more
We as a country and a society are the largest and fatest of any other country in the world. WTF We need to do something about this. Work out america and lay off the greasy foods. :bash:

Its not just the girls, like someone said. Im 29 and I work out 4-5 times a week (used to be 7 times a week before I worked two jobs) Dating is tough for me because Im so picky. I want someone who is also into fitness and has a better than average body (among MANY other things including their heart) Seems like those people are few and far between esp at 30-35, which is why I tend to date guys that are 24-27 instead  I cant date someone who does not work out regularly, it has to be a lifestyle for them like it is for me, or its just not going to work.
These conceptual lines are similar to mine. I want to look good for my SO, and it should be reciprocated.

The whole kid angle that many talk about, IMHO, are a result of Internet, console games (PS, Sony, et al), and lack of parental examples (as already noted).

While I don't workout with weights (anymore) thanks to a full-time job and part-time grad degree, I have resumed running and love to play competitive volleyball. The point is do what's fun so that you keep doing it.
whoa nelly ( is that a s/he )

Your probably right on that one. But then again I would prefer the women having a few extra pounds than looking like this...........

Damn right that is just wrong. as i was scrolling down the screen i about puked my lunch up thanks alot. I agree that i girl should have curves but damn never look like that. YUUUUUCK!!!

I do feel your pain though Americans are huge. i grew up on a farm and worked my A$$ off literaly, but alittle excerise daily or even ever ther day can keep you healthy. Goodness even a little safe [email protected] helps.
I am probably the laziest one in here...I ride my bike about 100 miles a day. And after wrestling it around the forest at speeds resembling Wyoming in the summertime...I am worn out. It has caused me to cut down on what I eat and the lighter, the faster, right??? But I still look more like the Michelin man.
You haven't seen me sweetie, I'm nothing close to a cow. :here:

Well that's a given.. we need pics.

On a side note, in highschool I was skinny. When I played baseball in college, I was skinny. . couldn't put on a drop of weight to save my life.

I let myself go. . then two years ago I started cycling and got into pretty damn good shape. I broke a spoke and didn't ride for a week. That turned into two, then three, and now it's been probably 8 months and the weight has just poured on. But, I contribute that to football season. . drinking 30 gallons of beer on the weekend doesn't help.

So, I need to lose some weight, and I will. Still, I'm the best looking mother****er on the planet, so it doesn't matter. Chicks dig the slap slap slap sound they get.

I think I need to change my medication.

What :here:
Can we have some pics... All the chicks should have to post pics when they join...NEW RULE!!!

oh boy!! this could get interesting... nothing wrong with pics..nice to put a face with a keyboard! ;)
Well, I hate to do this to myself..... but i'm lazy as hell!!! After I quit playing basketball in the 9th grade, I haven't done any kind of work outs. And that was a long time ago!! The extent of my excersizing is 5 hrs in the woods trying to keep my dr on the trail!! (It still kicks my ass!!)

But anyways, for now, I don't gain any weight. I eat just about anything, and don't gain a pound. I have been trying to get motivated to get off my lazy ass, but so far its not working! I know it will all catch up with me one day... right now im only 19, and if i keep doing things im doing, i wont be very attractive in 20 yrs!!!

It's not hurting my figure now though.... what do u think??

Oh, I used to be that way. Then, last summer, I was driving my car and noticed my gut hanging over the seat belt. So I stopped drinking soda, tea, sugary anything and just drink water, milk, or pure juice. Lost all the weight in less than 3 weeks. I still need to start exercising, but at least I got rid of the gut.

Oh, and I'd say your figure looks just fine. ;)
