i just got a really good deal on a 2000 triumph tt600 (3K). i think it's f.i. is remapped and i hear that was the biggest problem on this year's model. it's either the tt600 or an 02 bandit 600s for the same price...

ok the big think here is insurance. i just want liability on it so it'll be as cheap as possible. i got a quote from Sentry Ins. for 177 for the year on the bandit, but i just saw the tt this evening. as long as ins. on the tt isn't over like 350, then it's a possibility... any i deas on how much ins. will be?

not sure on the insurance deal, which I also have never heard of that insurance company....besides everyone's insurance varies.

and Yes the TT600 is an excellent starter bike. I have ridden a 2002 TT600 which is the same style, I don't think anything was changed between the years. Comfortable sportbike.

some go by style of bike, making a 600cc supersport more expensive than a 1000cc cruiser. You will just have to get as many quotes as possible. And did you take the MSF?
:iagree: and some go by cc's causing me to pay high rates on my 1800cc:cursin:
