turn signals not working

I bought a 94 gsxr750 a couple of weeks ago I have noticed that the turn signals do not work properly otherwise they do not flash when you turn the turn signal on they are solid there is no flashing. I did put new turn signals on the bike because they did not have any to begin with. I followed the wiring diagram so I know that these are the correct wires left side black(positive) Black w/ white tracer (neg) Right side Light green (positve) Black w/ white tracer (neg). I did put a new turn signal relay in I thought it was the problem.
I hope someone can help me out. Thanks flipmo

I used to let mine idle at around 900 to 1100 rpm's.
I have it set at about 1000 rpms now I guess thats good. Thanks for all the help guys Ill let you know about the turn signal asap. Thanks again flip
I got the fix!

:here: I FINALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO FIX IT!!! :here:

Take the bike to a parking lot with a brick wall....

Park the bike in front of the wall with the front end facing it...

About 25' away!

Get off the bike

With it in gear,

Kickstand up,

Clutch in...

Rev it 8K

AND DUMP THE CLUTCH!!!

:dthumb:

:luck:

:twfrox:

 I'm not sure what you're talking about?

:leaving:
mine is supose to idle at 1250rpm give or take a hundred.

let us know if your signals are fixed.

any hey atleast us kawi riders have to intentionaly ride our bikes into walls, all the gixxer and yami riders seem to hit them withough trying it. humm must be caseu the bikes suck and dont want to live anymore. lol
Whats up guys well I got the diode in and put it in and it did not do anything different. My turn signals are still solid and do not flash the only other and final thing that I can think of is the switch itself. But I don't know. Though Id let you guys know so if you do think of anything besides crashing my bike into a wall let me know thanks guys.

Did you get a new flasher/turn signal relay?????

I think that is more likely than the switch!!

Fixing that lose nut between the bars and seat.
Then you would have a chance to get a real bike.j/k  :jacked:
:luck: with the signals. I don't think it could be the switch because it just supplies the power. (no pulse)
Signal relay DONE Diode DONE wiring DONE any questions or idea NEEDED

Just out of curiosity did you try to bypass the switch? (straight wire)
do they blink at all when you turn them on. like steady light and then blinking steady light???

Yea, look closely!
Do they blink so fast they look like they are on solid?
Start from the begining.... maybe it's a bad ground thing... get a test light and start testing.... that way you can use a seperate bulb and a different ground!!
What ever became of this???

Also, did you try to change out your blinker fluid?
