Velocity Stacks....any noticeable difference?

I've noticed that just about every tuner is offering aftermarket velocity stacks along with power gains of around 2-6 horsepower. I was curious if anyone has swapped their's out and if any difference was detected. Thanks.

I put a set on my bike and took them right off.
I too lost a 1/10th in my bottom end,I still have them and I will exper. with them this next year.They did not do enough on the top end to justify having them in,no 2-6 hp that is for sure.
