Thing's wrong with that picture: First, it sure looks like that car is pulling out across traffic..typical. Secondly, the bike is coming out of a school zone which means they "shouldn't" have been going all that fast but from the looks of the impact that was a pretty good collision.

Yeah but you never know.. it cuold be Saturday, or summer.. school zones are only slow zones when school is in session. Here we have flashing lights when you have to follow the school speed limit. I'd say, my opinion from the picture only, old person doesnt look, pulls out, wham.
