How do I make a video post from my pc with out a online host? Small file.

As I posted in the other thread...I tried to upload a video along time ago, and it didn't work. This should def be an option for a first 1000 member, or Lifetime Gold supporting member. SHAN HINT HINT!

But I spoke to N4S on this and Shan has tried to get this option to work and it won't. He has tried repetely to contact Vb on it and with no avail! Sorry guys but you're SOL!!
