I just heard on the news that General Westmoreland, commander of the forces fighting in the Vietnam War, just died at the age of 91. Kinda sad.

When I was at Ft. Benning, I looked for a house that should have been like dedicated to Lt. General Hal Moore (We Were Soldiers Once...And Young) but the command at Ft. Benning didn't do so. Or at least I couldn't find it but I searched all over, even asked about it. Nobody could point me in the direction. Sad how we honor our heros. I did find out that General of the Army Omar Bradley is burried here at the Fort Bliss Cemetery.
