I've read Motorcyclist since 1977, and have always liked it until this year. Now it's like a catalog with a few articles thrown in. I like Motorcycle Consumer News. Black and white, and only fifty pages. But there is no advertising. So all their product tests and bike tests are believable, sorta like Consumer Reports. Plus they have shown how to adjust Desmodromic valves on a Ducati, and how to clean carbs. Costs $41/year, but you can get 2 years for 1 at the Cycle World Motorcycle Show.
