General ridding I ware Boot, gloves, jacket, helmet and sometimes pants.
If I know its a play day, its full leathers.
Exactly the same way I do it! If it's a going to be a fast day with WOS...full leathers... if it's just cruisin to a bike night... helmet, gloves, jacket, boots, and jeans...

I need to get some ridin/draggin jeans!!

I just hate it when I get it wrong.
Out for a casual day and it gets wild with out leathers.
Out for a fun fast day with leathers and end up cruising town.
I usually break off on my own these days!

Yeah it happens to me everyonce and a while... it sucks but oh well... if I'm in jeans and it starts to get fast... just lay back and play it cool. It I'm in full leather and it's more cruisin... just cruise and don't worry about it...

these are all reasons y im afraid to get full leathers. i knwo if i do i will do nothing but hang off the bike and just fly every where. full leathers is like an invincible suit. just iwth a helmet, leather jacket, leather gloves, boots and jeans i prolly take it to far, couldnet imagine it with full leathers. prolly wait till next year.

They do give you a sense of security and allow the brain to take it further without worry.

Exactly... after I went down and walked away w/o a scratch I knew that leathers are the only way to go!

Yep!
How much do leathers cost?
How much for treatment and meds for road rash + time to heel?
Even a cheap leather suit is worth the money if needed. :2cents:

When you are wearing full leathers on the street, do you wear a back protector too? It kind of seems you have to if you wear one on the track, otherwise your leathers won't fit right. . ?
Mine is made to fit the suit.
I usually leave it in.
I also feel I need more protection on the fast street days then on the track.

Nope I don't wear my back protector as well. I think it's a waste of material and bought it only for the track to keep the fun governors at bay...
