What's the best way to flush my radiator?

sorry, cant relate..air cooled.. 
but when I did flush out the radiator before, I always just used a normal garden hose, and it worked out fine for me.

Damn air cooled bikes..get with it and come into the technology era!!! I mean DAMN!!!
Anyway, I pull the hose off my water pump and drain it. Re-attach the hose, allow the bike to cool, then add some room temp DISTILLED water into the system...re-pressure the system to fan temp...drain and repeat 3 times total. That is to flush it...
Then refill the system with a good MC anti-freeze. Honda makes a nice anti-freeze, Golden Spect, Engine Ice...just DON'T use car anti-freeze! And DON'T use tap water...it will bother the alum parts in your cooling system!!
