The only problem with Triumph's are finding parts, OEM or aftermarket...they are hard to find, and very expensive once you find them get ready to fork out some serious money. If you stick to a gixxer or yamaha, or honda you can pick up the parts cheap and easy. just my :2cents:DAN DUBEAU said:Hands down, no question whatsoever, I'd be on the Triumph Daytona 680. Actually very seriously thinking about it right now. Come next spring I might be on one
 Hmmm...this is an interesting point. I'll have my people look into it.Earlzach said:I like most all of the sportbikes but ihave to ask.
To all of the ones who are GSXR loyal. Where did you ever come up with "GIXXER"? I know we have came somewhat a custom to saying "GIXXER" as the pronunciation to GSXR
but the spelling to the word "GIXXER" which we are
in-placing it with is still GSXR. So we learned to say it faster and spell it longer?
Either way you say it "Jixxer" or "Gixxer" it is still just the verbal for GSXR. You wouldnt spell it longer just because you found a way to say it. The spelling is GSXR. Its bad enough it adopted a pronunciation and now the pronunciation has adoped a new spelling. Maybe it isnt even a Sahzookey ne moor.?snadamo said:furthermore, I have been told by one person its pronounced "jixxer" (phonetically). But wouldnt you just spell it with a "J" instead of "Gixxer"? I dont know about this guy. I will still say it with a G until somebody tells me otherwise.
Oh, and I like the Yam R6 so far. I would like to see how the other 600cc bikes are going to look though...like the new CBR 600F4i
