I think the Busa is one of the best looking bikes ever, however, I'd probably go w/ the ZX12 just b/c I'm seeing busas all over the place now. Not that I'm one to talk b/c I see a CBR on every corner too.

If I had my way it'd be:

:iagree: I'm with you guys. I personally don't like busa's. :boring: They use to be pretty desent but now days they are just huge mamoth machines. The liter bike today are putting out more HP and weight LOTS LESS!! Not to mention (present company MAY be excluded) Alot of the busa riders suffer from Busa Disease. :bonk: Meaning that they believe they are riding the best bike ever built. The problem is what I said before about the liter bikes today.

Anyway, I've always liked the 12R but again it's a big monster thing. Compare it to today's bikes and it's just not going to add up. I would choose the Kaw over the Busa. Like somebody said above, there are too many Busa's stretched out with NOS cans and turbos. I prefer bikes that when you're admiring them on the street you don't see 6 just like it go by....

I don't mean anything towards Busagirl or BusaBabe. I'm sure they both are way fast. I'm speaking from what I see on a daily basis with most of the GUYS on the Busa's. Has anybody else seen this? :leaving:

 to all on 2 wheels!!

I think Matt can agree on this one as well with me about the group of guys around here where we live. There is a group of about 5 I think that all ride Busa's and they think they have the best bike ever made out there. If your not riding a Busa then you are nothing. They think they are the $h#t around here and you only see them from time to time. Most riders you can talk to and hang out with but not these few. O well. They can stay like that all I care.

Other then that. I have been on a Busa and its not my bike really. I thoughtof getting one before but they seem to bulky under me. I like the Kaw-12. It doesn't. I really like the color on the blue. :thumbride

Torque is the name of the game, and I would like to get a used Busa and set it up for sport-touring. Higher bars and taller windshield. Maybe a tank bag and soft saddlebags. Even though it attracts tickets, I might even paint it red, with some black accents. See ya in the next state or two, and still hit the twisties. Oh by the way, I used to drive a tank (M48 and M60) and they can turn around in less space than most cars, and even some motorcycles.

Yeah, I've seen them many times...they used to gather near my old apartment in the mornings. Beautiful bikes, but way too stuck up for me, my wife boss' son went to see them and compliment them on their rides, etc..and they just blew him off like he was wasting their time..what a bunch of tards..

There'll alwyas be groups like that.

It always seemed funny to me to see sportsbike guy being stuck up.

The best jap sports bike is usually no more expensive than a Civic.

It really doesn't take that much to own them
