i love all my joe rocket gear.

i have a leather jacket. good fit. good cut. nice leather really stops the wind.
a cloth/mesh/textile (somthing not leather) jacket. comfy. and padded :dthumb:
and leather gloves..short ones end at wrist with vented plastic knuckles. comfy, and give your hand some air/protection.

Does JR carry a boot that can pull double duty? Such as you go for a long ride, hop off the bike, walk around and get back for a blast comfortable and also protective? And RUI what is your choice of helmet...?:help:

A* is the best... next would be JR...

Spidi also makes nice stuff.

If you're looking for the street and cheaper.... look at Speed Rag... they are really nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have First Gear pants that fit and feel great. I also have First Gear mesh jacket, Fieldsheer jacket, and I just got some Fieldsheer mesh pants. If you get Fieldsheer, get a size larger. The jacket is snug, but I get a lot of compliments. The mesh pants say 34, but they are more like a 32. They were closeout and my wife is going to alter them.

They did a 60 minutes about that. How some people name their babies after consumer products and other material objects and how they don't get job interviews or taken seriously just by their name.

I've got 2 Joe Rocket jackets. An "atomic" for colder rides...this is textile. And a "Phoenix" for warmer riding. I love them both. And I hear they hold up pretty well in the event of a get off...which I hope never to test first hand.

My current helmet is a cheaper GMax. It's comfortable and it does its job. I like the Suomy's for higher end lids.

I'm looking for a solid pair of pants and boots this year.

for helmet i currently have a shoei rf1000 and am very happy with it. it is very light and comfy. actually its only a couple ounces heavier than my friends carbon fibre Vemar helmet. I def. plan on getting a shoei for my next helmet...i think...

well either that or an Arai. I got an arai for my girl, and it is very comfy, light and quiet. nice looking too. only think i dont like about arai. is the visors feel cheap. they dont have notched settings in the visor up&down. just slides smoothly up and down, so it feels like it wont stay to me, but i think it actually will.

overall tho, i think i'll stick with shoei.

some of the euro helmets are pretty cool too tho, such as shark.

still i'll stick with a shoei. didnt even chip when i went down. (one more time tho and i gotta get a new one. my crash was pretty easy. check it out on the ridingunderinsanity sight if you want hahaha).
