I will say this...that while lately it has been excessive. Generally speaking many of us contribute alot to the site. Some of those same few are always the first to post up and offer suggestions and recomendations, or anything to help. With that being said, most of the time a post count is a example of a seniority on a forum. Also, a little bit of recognition for a great deal of time spent (some view as wasted) in the same goal as already stated!

That's my :2cents:
Hey Gas, I understand and agree completely with what you are saying. And like I said for the most part it's all good and fun. I've even been known to drop in absolutly stupid off topic posts here and there. But I recognize that amount of good knowledge and info and good times around here and that is why I stick around.

I try to visit all sections where I can say something that doesn't make me look stupid. I ask a ton of questions cause I know most on here are more knowledgable than I am. Thanks everyone for the responses though.

Jack I totally understand. But somebody could have a join date of Jul 2004 and only posted a few times.... so it doesn't really indicate to a newbie who is who on a forum... ok that didn't come out right but you understand...

I also agree that lately the amount of useless :whore: 'ing has increased but I'm sure Shan understands that it is just part of the wave. The wave of a forum. It will go and come. Just like a few months ago when it looked like TWF was going to self distruct. But it didn't and here we all are.

I truely enjoy my posting here. Even though sometimes it get's old and can become a drag. Then there are "tiffs" and such. But in the end, I and many others contribute alot to TWF and make it such a nice play to chill. If you or anybody else doesn't feel that way anymore than that's fine. Roll out and I wish you the best in everything. I'll stick around and be here when/if you come back.

But on a more specific note, Jack. I appreciate what you bring to the table and your knowledge from your racing days along with your knowledge from your current drag racing and general knowledge of bikes. I hope you stick around and continue to post up. Regardless of whatever anybody else says!

Again, all my opinion and :2cents:

if i want to see senority of the forum ill look at the join date thats right above the post count, in fact i dont even look at a post count,,,,,some people may think that if they have a high post count it means something,,,,maybe it does to them but not to anyone else....

Im not busting just your balls, but this is getting nuts, and again its not like im in some computor game forum with a bunch of 14 year olds.....but lately it sure does seem that way,

maybe im just too old to be here , might be a good time to find another place to chill .....

Many bitch, moan, complain about the countless banter in these threads. Yet isn't that the point of the OFF TOPIC??? Jack wasn't it you who hypocritically told me if I did not like the thread then dont read it??? Can learn alot from your own advice. I will agree the amount of :whore: ing has increases, some of it funny, some of it useless. Bottom line is at least its occuring in the "off Topic" section leaving the other sections to quality information (for the most part). We are all at liberty to come and go as we please, you choose your own destiny. :luck:

Ok...lets remember the real reason for this thread...

It was to bring recognition to the newbie posters. Just because you don't have the highest post count doesn't mean that you're not a :whore:

Your PPD (post per day) may be really high if you :whore: alot but haven't been around for very long. So let's hear what some of the newbies PPD is!

Mine is currently 28.58 posts per day

Which we all know is pale in comparison to the number of times I post in some days... but it's a average. And I haven't always been the :whore: or slut (like Twisty says I am) that I am today.
