I just sold my 'Kat last Thursday, and I have found an '05 'Busa for $9100. OTD, but I think I want to check out the Triumph Sprint first ? I will keep everybody posted !

I gotta pay mine off first, every time I see an R1 it kills me. I will just wait.... by the time I pay mine off this year, or early next year, I can save some $ to put down on the R1. I will be 25 for the insurance break when I'm ready to upgrade to the liter bike.
But then again, like Gasman said, I say no, but if something bad happens.. ya know...

I take my sport/tourer on steep, tight mountain roads almost every day. Tossing the 600 pound bike around sure takes a toll on tires. With only 2,500 miles on my sportec's, the sides are wearing out, especially on the front. The tire looks triangular in profile and the handling is changing from neutral.

I would like to get a lighter sport bike just for use on the mountains. I saw a mid-90's YZF750 and it was beautiful. They must be rare because I haven't seen any for sale around here. Saw a few on ebay, but they were painted (crashed). I'll keep looking.
