I don't know if there is such a thing.. Good thing to do is wear your normal riding jacket with a windbreaker underneath in the morning and then you can easily stoe it in the afternoon when it gets hotter..
I just wear my leather all the time... Hot or cold.. I just don't think about it.. I have rode when it is 20 degrees and I have rode when it is 95 degrees - I pay no mind to it..
Yeah MP is right... or just get a nice leather with a nice liner in it! I find that it also helps to wear a long sleeved shirt!
And with your jeans... wear anything underthem... even a thin set of like pajama pants... all you need to do there is keep the cold of your jeans off your skin. Works really well... I did it in PA back last fall...
What I found that works great is rain gear. I went to an army surplus store and pick up a suit(2pc)for 10 bucks. So lite and small I leave it under my seat. Wear it under your jacket and no wind gets in.
