I dont have a wind screen at all and i find the helmet choice plays a bigger role than you think. I have two, one round and one with fins. The one with fins wont throw my head around much at all, while the round one isnt any fun at high speeds. Also the finned one has an air gate under the chin and never gets that lifting feeling. So your prob may be a combination of where the wind is hitting you and helmet aerodynamics. :2cents:
