Ok so I was reading Detroit monthly at the doctor's office yesterday and I ran across this article - The 10 Worst of Detroit 2004. It included Snoop Dog calling the President of DCX for a 300 and the President referring to him as Snoopy Doggy Dog as he had no clue who he was. So anyways I am going to pick my one favorite out of that and I hope some people from different cities can post their own worst person of 2004 and the outrageous story that goes with it. This one from Michigan is going to be hard to top:
A 52 year old drunk man at a football game was arrested for urinating in public in front of a high school football game crowd of approximately 700 people while he was shouting "Who's your daddy" - Dear God thank you for not making this my father. What a clown. He is my nominee for Biggest Jackarse of 2004.
