Very cool forum here. Stumbled on it while doing my daily vette forum thing.

Anyway, Who is into YSR's (for those of you younger than 30-35 or so those are street legal 50cc bikes producted from 87 -91). My friend and I have been riding ours lately and they are a blast. Nothing like watching a Harley guy sneer at it and a couple minutes later go buzzing by him in the corners.

If anyone has one and wants to ride in the So.Cal area let me know.

I do have a 87 GSXR 50, not near as fast but its still cool and they only shipped it to the states for one year. :yesnod:

I bet you did make a good profit on it. Out here (So. Cal) A good one goes for 3K or so and they sell very quick

Yea, It was a 89 and like new with about 2 inches of dust when I found it in a Harley riders basement. I snagged it for $1500, rode the wheels off it for a couple of years and sold it to a guy from Florida for $3200 while ridding at Deals Gap.
He saw me on it and wanted it. He offered $2000 and I jokingly said I would take $3200. Then he pulled out his check book. :lol: :sob: :lol: :sadwave:
