I'll be teaching a small arms class (weapons basically).

 

kewl, I had to teach a M-16 class to my NG section when I was fresh out of AIT lol. I hope your students have more knowledge than some of those guys did. :lol:

 

Just a little bit more. I'll be teaching the M4/M16 family, .50Cal, 9MM, M240 family, M249, M203, MK-19 and arms room operations.

What guard unit are you with?

 

I was with the 1/181 out of Chattanooga when in the NG and the 1/158 I think it was when active before gettin out. Both Field Artillery units. The 1/181 was M-110 Sp's when I joined and we changed over to MLRS after Desert Storm. The 1/158 was M-198's at Campbell so I got to add air assault to my experiences. :lol: I been out since 98 tho.

sweet, I has aspirations of doing 20 but my divorce sucked the will out of me for awhile lol. That and after being married I couldnt handle the single life in the army lol

Ugh, not being able to sleep sounds like pure hell to me. I can fall asleep in 5 minutes or less, anywhere, and any time of the day or night. If I don't get at least 6 hours of sleep every night, I can't function the next day.
